David Harel is a painter, graphic designer, illustrator and an expert in engraving woodcut, silkscreen and lithography. David specializes in painting accurate portraits.
He graduated from Bezalel, his career as a professional artist began at the first Hutzot Hayotzer festival in 1972, in which he successfully sold a series of forty paintings of Jerusalem. Since then he has not stopped painting this city.
His design studio is the oldest and one of the best known in Jerusalem. David Harel designed campaigns for the Israel Museum, Symphony Orchestra, the Jerusalem Municipality, the Israel Festival, the Eurovision song contest, Birthright Israel, Keren Hayesod, and more.
